It is important to make sure that you are adequately covered in case of accident or robbery to ensure that you do not loose out. We can arrange for your contents insurance - don't forget to ask when we are arranging your move in.
Our Property Management Department is based in Borough Road, Middlesbrough and caters for the Letting and Management of properties throughout our branch network. The department is managed by Richard Poole who will only be too pleased to give you any advice if you are a potential landlord and the Lettings staff are available to handle all tenants' and landlords' enquiries. A copy of our Tenancy application form is available in pdf form here. This form needs to be filled in and returned with your signature before we will consider your tenancy application.
