Our Property Management Department, renting Houses, Bungalows Flats and all other types of properties, is based in Borough Road, Middlesbrough and caters for the Letting and Management of properties throughout our branch network. The department is managed by Richard Poole who will only be too pleased to give you any advice if you are a potential landlord and the Lettings staff are available to handle all tenants' and landlords' enquiries. Property maintenance
Michael Poole Property maintenance services is a new department of the Michael Poole business. Available to maintain our offices and managed lettings properties we are also available for general property maintenance work.
We are available for all aspects of property maintenance including:
Decorating, Gardening, Fencing, Tiling, Joinery, Laminate Flooring, Clearances etc.

Tennants, Guarantors and Companys
A copy of our Tenancy application form is available in pdf form here. This form needs to be filled in and returned with your signature before we will consider your tenancy application. You can either fax the form to us or post it to the Middlesbrough office (see contact us page address and fax number). The three application forms are available below in PDF format.

We are delighted to announce that Richard M Poole FNAEA FARLA. has been appointed the MAF representative for the newly formed North East Region of ARLA (Association Of Residential Letting Agents). Richard pictured with Ruth Lilley, head of membership and professional development at ARLA is a long standing member of the association and we believe the formation of the North East region will give our local members a better chance to air their views via Richard at the advisory meetings held in London. There will also be regular branch meetings held with informative guest speakers which all members will be kept informed of.
