Our Property Management Department is based in Borough Road, Middlesbrough and caters for the Letting and Management of properties throughout our branch network. The department is managed by Richard Pearson who will only be too pleased to give you any advice if you are a potential landlord and the Lettings staff are available to handle all tenants' and landlords' enquiries. Property maintenance
Michael Poole Property maintenance services is a new department of the Michael Poole business. Available to maintain our offices and managed lettings properties we are also available for general property maintenance work.
We are available for all aspects of property maintenance including:
Decorating, Gardening, Fencing, Tiling, Joinery, Laminate Flooring, Clearances etc.

Tennants, Guarantors and Companys
A copy of our Tenancy application form is available in pdf form here. This form needs to be filled in and returned with your signature before we will consider your tenancy application. You can either fax the form to us or post it to the Middlesbrough office (see contact us page address and fax number). The three application forms are available below in PDF format.
