The department is managed by Richard Poole who will only be too pleased to give you any advice if you are a potential landlord and the Lettings staff are available to handle all tenants' and landlords' enquiries. Michael Poole Property maintenance services is a new department of the Michael Poole business. Available to maintain our offices and managed lettings properties we are also available for general property maintenance work.
