Michael Poole Property Consultants will deal with the day to day administration of the finances of the company including payment of contractors, obtain quotes for major works and improvements in accordance with the section 20 notice of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1985, attend AGM and other meetings, issue notices where necessary, liaise with the directors and respond to the members general enquires.
