SEPTEMBER SALES!
Despite the doom and gloom and anticipated double dip recession, Michael Poole, the Tees Valley Estate Agents have seen a significant increase in the number of house sales agreed during the month of September.
Michael Poole, the Senior Partner, said "September has been a very pleasing month as far as sales are concerned. My branches negotiated some 110 sales over Teesside which shows a 29% increase over the same month last year".
The agency attributes this success to its committed sales staff and also its membership of the Home Sale Network which enables it to handle individuals relocating in and out of Teesside.
Mr Poole also stated "Whilst prices seem to be remaining fairly static and would appear to have bottomed out, the actual volume of transactions is very encouraging in what is being described as a poor market"
