I am writing to let you know how pleased I was by the quality of help and assistance given to me from the staff in the Redcar office.
I recently bought a property in Redcar, 1 Lavernock Close, and as I work full time I had to rely on the help from your staff throughout the purchase.
Tracy and Sue were extremely helpful and professional. When they stated they would ring me back – they did, and as I cannot always have access to a phone they also kept me informed of any progress etc via email, which was very useful.
I have had many dealings with estate agents over the past few years, some unfortunately are not welcoming, helpful or professional. However, I found your staff, especially Tracy and Sue to be more than helpful, extremely polite and professional and I feel that they ‘went the extra mile’.
