I have recently sold my house with the Ingleby Barwick office. I would like to take this opportunity to tell you I received outstanding service, support and customer service during the sale. I mainly dealt with a lady called Karen, but when I did speak to other members of staff and the gentleman who came to my home to value and take photos were lovely too. I would like to express that I felt Karen was exceptionally good and went the extra mile. The sale of the property wasn't easy as my solicitor wasn't the best and Karen was a go between my ex-husband and me.

I am taking this opportunity to write to you to express how impressed we are with a member of your staff. We have arranged a rental in Hutton Rudby ( *** UK pounds per month – Mustard Garth Property) with Victoria Reeve. We are relocating back into the area from Australia, and are renting a property whilst we look for our dream house to buy. Victoria has been extremely helpful, prompt and efficient, as the majority of our communication has been conducted by email, due to the time difference.
Her attention to detail has been second to none, and she has reassured us at each and every stage. As we are landing in the UK on Good Friday, your office will be closed over the 4 day holiday. Victoria has offered to take time out of her day, on that public holiday to meet me at your Middlesbrough based office, to sign the rental agreement – WOW, that's customer service!
Generally the public are very quick to criticize when service expectations are not met, equally, I feel it is vitally important to take time out to recognize those individuals that go above and beyond the call of duty, as I believe Victoria has done – what a refreshing change!
Congratulations to your management team – she is certainly a credit to you.
