Managed - £360 inc. VAT; 
Rent Collection - £300 inc. VAT;

Monthly Management Fee

Managed - Monthly charge of 10% + VAT i.e. Rent of £500 would be £60 inc. VAT; 
Rent Collection - Monthly charge of 5% + VAT i.e. Rent of £500 would be £30 inc. VAT; 
Let Only - N/A

Bond Registration 

Managed - £24 inc. VAT
Rent Collection - N/A

Tenancy Renewal Fee

Managed - £72 inc. VAT
Rent Collection - £120 inc. VAT
Let Only - N/A

Inventory Fee 

Managed, Rent Collection & Let Only - Minimum charge of £120 including VAT - Price depending on the property size and furnishings.

Gas Safety Certificate

Managed, Rent Collection & Let Only - £70 inc. VAT
