Opened in 1994 as our first office & conveniently located on Borough Road within easy reach of the thriving town centre our double fronted Middlesbrough office provides an impressive LED window display. The premises are home to a sales force managed by Andrea McCarthy and a lettings team managed by Judy Fox, both of whom have a wealth of experience in their fields.
Whatever style of property you may be looking to sell, buy or rent, Middlesbrough has it all. From large detached houses & bungalows in the Brookfield area to spacious Edwardian and Victorian properties in Linthorpe.
Closer to the centre we have the University zone in TS1 where investors can achieve superb yields on terrace housing, flats and apartments to let, safe in the knowledge that there is always a steady rental market from students looking to rent.
If you are looking to put your property on the market our Sales Agents will be happy to help and arrange a free market appraisal. If you are a landlord considering letting your property or need advice our ARLA qualified Lettings Agents are on hand to support you.
The ESTAS is the largest independent customer service awards scheme for estate and letting agents, mortgage advisers and conveyancers to the UK property industry.
The ESTAS Customer Service Awards are unique because shortlisted and winning firms are selected purely on ratings from the general public.
Because of the feedback from you – our customers – we’ve won a Bronze award for the Yorkshire North region! So we would like to say a BIG THANK YOU to everyone who voted for us.

It is incredible to believe that in 1801 Middlesbrough was a small farm with a population of just 25. It was during the latter half of the 19th century that it experienced rapid growth. Famous for its industrial heritage it continues to undergo major regeneration. Middlesbrough features two famous bridges, namely the Transporter Bridge and the Tees Newport Bridge with the town centre incorporating many buildings of architectural interest including Middlesbrough Town Hall and in the suburb of Acklam the recently refurbished Acklam Hall.
Within Middlehaven stands the Temenos sculpture and Middlesbrough continues to expand in terms of culture and leisure with Middlesbrough Institute of Modern Art which opened its door in 2007.
Middlesbrough also has a healthy musical heritage. A number of bands and musicians hail from the area including Chris Rea, Paul Rodgers and Micky Moody.
Middlesbrough features two recreational parks, Albert Park and Stewarts Park and alongside these parks are two culture attractions, namely The Dorman Memorial Museum and the Captain Cook Birthplace Museum.
Middlesbrough became a University town in 1992 and Teesside University continues to dominate the town centre attracting students from all over the world.
