I used Michael Poole, Eston to sell my late father’s home on Church Lane which sold in less than seven days which was valued correctly in line with the current market.From start to finish I found that the staff were very efficient in what they do and super knowledgeable and helpful being kept up to date through out the whole process by Helen in sales progression.Like anything there are always minor hiccups throughout the process of selling or buying a property but be rest assured Helen worked her magic and things seemed to progress seamlessly.Weekly checks were carried out on my property by Michael Poole’s and Helen over saw the viewing by the buyer.I can’t thank Helen and all the staff at Michael Poole, Eston enough for their amazing and outstanding service in selling my property and would highly recommend their Estate agency should you be looking to either sell a property or buy one as I do not think you will be disappointed.It’s a solid 10 from me, 5 stars 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟

Great service from Michael Poole, Yarm. During the valuation Derek was friendly, informative and personable. I liked that he was not pushy and I didn’t feel pressured into anything. Throughout the sale process Amber was regularly in touch with ourselves and the buyer’s solicitor. She gave frequent updates, escalated any issues down the chain and was always on hand to answer any questions we had.

Luke, Marion and Emeline were exceptional, kept us informed throughout the whole process and made the sale go very smoothly. We would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone. My elderly parents purchased a property from Poole's. It was a complex transaction due to some unique factors but Helen (Sales Progression) was just amazing. She was always available to speak to, was proactive in getting updates from the various parties and was a huge support to me and my parents. I think without her, I may have lost my sanity. Michael Poole were quickly able to get us a viewing on a property we were interested in. This was key for us as we were under time pressure to find a property to buy.Throughout the purchase process there was an open line of communication, and despite some confusion on the sellers part in regards to close out date, everything was handled efficiently and to a high standard.The staff were polite and courteous and the welcome gift once we got our keys was a nice touch.
